Ali Khademi received his B.Sc. from Sharif University of Technology (SUT) in 2007. He finished his Master's degree at SUT, working on field emission measurements of nanostructures in 2009. He completed his Ph.D. at the University of British Columbia (UBC) in 2017, focusing on "tuning graphene's electronic and transport properties via adatom deposition," and then worked as a postdoctoral research fellow at the University of Victoria (UVic) investigating nanoplasmonics in 2018-2019. He joined the National Research Council (NRC) Canada as a research associate in 2020. He was employed to work on a collaboration project between the NRC Metrology Research Centre, NRC Nanotechnology Research Centre, and the University of Alberta. His work was focused on surface conduction measurements of silicon nano- and atomic-scale structures with a multi-probe scanning tunneling microscope. Ali Khademi joined the Department of Physics at SUT as an assistant professor in 2022.Selected Publications
